Service Description
All repairs begin with an estimate to locate issues and discuss rates. Zoom estimates will not be final until the instrument is in the shop and the estimate can be verified as accurate or adjusted for things difficult to find virtually. This appointment is for the Initial Estimate Only. Repairs will be scheduled during the estimate and confirmed when the instrument has arrived in the shop. Turn around times will depend on the workload in the shop. I try to aim for 1-2 weeks when its slow and 2-4 weeks when its busy.
