Hold of on booking this service and order a box from us instead! We will ship your box to you with all the packing materials & return label needed inside. Find boxes in our online store. 🎥 Optional (but helpful!) Virtual Estimate: To make the process even smoother, we offer a Virtual Estimate via Zoom as part of our repair services. Here’s how it can help: Before shipping: We can discuss the issues and provide a rough estimate. After arrival: If you ship first, we can use this appointment for an in-person-style estimate once the instrument is in our hands. 📝 What to Include in Your Shipment: Please pack the following in the box with your instrument: A document with your contact information: Name Phone number Email Return Shipping address Repair notes: A brief description of the issues you’re experiencing and any relevant history of the instrument. 📅 Helpful Tip: - Schedule your Virtual Estimate for the morning of your shipment's expected delivery.
