We offer refunds on products or services purchased directly from The Tuneful Tech, LLC if a customer is not satisfied with their purchase.

    1. The product or service is returned in its original condition.

  4. Exclusions: Certain products or services may not be eligible for refunds. These include:

    1. Digital products or services that have been downloaded or accessed.

    2. Customized or personalized products or services.

    3. Products or services that have been damaged or altered after delivery.

    4. Repair services to client owned instruments or products.

  5. Refund Process: Once a refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment. Refunds are typically processed within 30 days, depending on the payment provider's policies.

  6. Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any order or refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Changes to this Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

Governing Law

This Agreement (and any further rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Repair Services Policy

This Repair Services Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions governing repair services provided by The Tuneful Tech, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") to customers. By utilizing our repair services, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Policy.

  1. Scope of Services:

    1. Description of Services: We provide repair services for flutes, clarinets, saxophones, oboes, bassoons, trumpets, trombones, French horns, & euphoniums or baritones.

    2. Service Limitations: Our repair services cover cleanings, dent work, pad/part replacements, & mechanical workings.

  2. Requesting Repair Services:

    1. Service Request: Customers must submit a service request through in-person request, online booking, phone call, email, text message, or other form of contact providing details of the issues they have found, if any are noticed.

    2. Evaluation and Estimate: Upon receiving the service request, we will evaluate the repair needs and provide a cost estimate, including labor, parts, and any applicable fees.

  3. Repair Process:

    1. Authorization: Customers must provide explicit authorization before we commence any repair work based on the provided estimate.

    2. Work Completion: We will make reasonable efforts to complete the repair work within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, certain factors may affect repair duration, and we will communicate any delays promptly.

  4. Fees and Payment:

    1. Service Charges: Customers are responsible for all fees associated with the repair service, including labor, parts, and any applicable taxes or surcharges.

    2. Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the repair service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, check, or credit card.

  5. Warranty and Guarantee:

    1. Limited Warranty: We provide a limited warranty on the repair services performed. The warranty period and terms vary depending on the nature of the repair and will be communicated to the customer upon completion.

    2. Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorized repairs, or extensive wear.

  6. Customer Responsibilities:

    1. Accurate Information: Customers must provide accurate information regarding the repair needs and any relevant history of the product or equipment.

    2. Access: Customers must ensure our technicians have access to the product or equipment requiring repair at the scheduled time.

  7. Cancellation and Refunds:

    1. Cancellation: Customers may cancel repair service requests within 24 hours of scheduling without incurring any charges.

    2. Refunds: Refunds for canceled repair services or unsatisfactory repairs are subject to our Refund Policy, as outlined separately.
